We teamed up with The Forte Mare and Bonx, a Japanese technology brand, on a project at Mammoth Mountain this past spring. Director Ian Post, snowboarder Victor Daviet, and photographer Erik Hoffman spent several days shooting in the backcountry, the Unbound Park, and around the resort to demonstrate the uses of Bonx’s latest communication devise: the Bonx Grip. Utilizing the audio from the Bonx App, we established one of their primary use-cases: a connection between between rider and photographer.
We commandeered a few members of the 686 snow and ski team to help showcase the grip’s uses on and off mountain. Our 1 minute spot will be used as Bonx’s headlining snow campaign film for 2018.
